Can I still drive if prescribed alternative medicine?
Driving laws differ across Australia, and it is your responsibility to follow the rules in your state or territory. Some jurisdictions have zero tolerance policies for certain prescription medications, even when taken as directed.
You should never drive if you feel impaired, unwell or unable to concentrate. Your safety and the safety of others on the road must always come first.
If you are unsure about your state’s driving laws, it is important to check the official guidance for your region or speak with a relevant authority. Your clinician can provide general information, but they cannot give legal advice about driving.
Can you tell me what conditions you treat?
We’d love to, but that’s a no from the TGA. We can only talk about the process, not the products or specific conditions. Feel free to read what the TGA says about that.
So… what can you say? Basically, we can say that our doctors are experiencec and registered, that consultations are done online, and that everything we do follows TGA regulations to the letter. The rest? That’s between you and your doctor.

Do you offer medical certificates?
No, we don’t provide medical certificates. Healing Leaves Clinic focuses on alternative healthcare consultations and treatments, not general practice services. If you need a medical certificate for work or study, you’ll need to contact your regular GP or a standard medical clinic.
How do I find out if this is right for me?
The simplest way to find out is to book a consult with one of our clinicians. During your appointment, the clinician will review your health history, discuss your current symptoms and talk through your goals. This helps them understand whether alternative healthcare is appropriate for your situation.
Every assessment is personalised. Your clinician will explain your options, outline any next steps and make sure you have the information you need to make an informed decision. There’s no obligation to move forward with any particular treatment, and all decisions are made between you and your clinician in line with current regulations.
If you’re unsure where to begin, an initial consult is a good starting point to simply explore your options and ask questions.
How do I know if I’m eligible?
You can start by using our online eligibility checker. It gives you a general idea of whether you may be suitable for an alternative healthcare assessment.
If the checker indicates you might be eligible, you will be prompted to book a consult with one of our clinicians. The final decision is always made during your appointment, where a clinician reviews your health history and determines whether our services are appropriate for you.
