Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. If you have one, feel free to upload it at booking.
How quickly can I see a doctor?
Usually same day or within a week, subject to availability. After your nurse screening, we’ll handle the doctor booking for you.
What should I have ready for my appointment?
A valid photo ID, a list of current/previous medications, relevant medical records, and a quiet space with a good internet connection.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, use the link in your confirmation email to manage your booking. For timing and fees, see our policy.

How do I know if I’m eligible?
We start with a quick 15‑minute nurse screening to review your health history and current needs. If clinically suitable, we’ll book you with the first available Doctor.
Can I still drive if prescribed alternative medicine?
Never drive if you feel impaired. Driving laws vary by state/territory and may be zero‑tolerance — always follow local laws.
Ordering
How do I get my medication?
You’ll receive an eScript via text message on your mobile. Collect in‑store from any pharmacy nationwide, or have it delivered to your door.
What if my local pharmacy can’t supply it?
No stress, many pharmacies can help, and we can point you to a dispensing pharmacy if needed.
How do repeats and renewals work?
Repeats are at the doctor’s discretion and appear on your eScript. When due for a review, just book another telehealth consult.
Prescriptions
Will I definitely get a prescription?
Prescriptions are never guaranteed. Your doctor will only prescribe if it’s clinically appropriate for you.
