Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. You can manage your booking at any time by using the link in your confirmation email. This allows you to cancel, move or adjust your appointment without needing to contact support.

Do I need a health summary?

A health summary is not required, but providing one is helpful. It gives your clinician a clearer picture of your medical background, past treatments and any relevant conditions. This can make your consultation more efficient and ensure the clinician has accurate information when reviewing your situation.

If you have a health summary available, you are welcome to upload it or bring it to your appointment. Your clinician will let you know if they require any additional documents.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. If you have one, feel free to share it with use via email, found on the contact page.

Read how to get ready for your upcoming Nurse or Doctor consult with Healing Leaves Clinic®.

  1. Have your phone ready - Ensure your phone is not muted, and there are no call blockers turned on.
  2. Add our number to your contacts - (07) 3813 4932.
  3. Nurse Calls - These will be from our main line.
  4. Doctor Calls - These will be from no caller IDs.

Depending on the schedule we may call up to 30min early, or up to 30min late. So please be aware of this and be ready to accept a Telehealth call.

iOS - How to Turn off Call Blockers

iOS 18 or Previous

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Search for "Phone"
  3. Scroll to the bottom, and select "Silence Unknown Callers"
  4. Toggle it off, so we can call you successfully.

iOS 26

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Search for "Phone"
  3. Scroll to the bottom, and look for the section "Screen Unknown Callers"
  4. Select "Never" so we can call you successfully.

Android - How to Turn off Call Blockers

General method

  1. Open the Phone app.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (More) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Look for Blocked numbers or Spam and Call Screen.
  5. Tap on the setting that blocks calls from unknown or private numbers and toggle it off, or select a specific number and tap Unblock.

Specific instructions for Samsung devices

  1. Open the Phone app.
  2. Tap More options (the three vertical dots).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap Block numbers.
  5. Remove a number by tapping the red minus icon next to it.

For devices with a "Call Screen" feature

  1. Open the Phone app.
  2. Tap More > Settings.
  3. Tap Spam and Call Screen or a similar option.
  4. You can then adjust settings like "Caller ID & spam" or "Filter spam calls".

After making changes

  • Restart your phone to ensure the changes are applied correctly.
  • Check your carrier's app or services, as they may have their own call-blocking features.
  • If you are using a third-party app for call blocking, you will need to go into that app's settings to disable it.

How quickly can I see a doctor?

Usually same day or within a week, subject to availability. After your nurse screening, we’ll handle the doctor booking for you.

We are a privately billed clinic with clear, upfront pricing. You can choose the consult type that best suits your needs, and all fees are shown before you book. There are no hidden charges, and you will always know the cost of your appointment in advance.

What should I have ready for my appointment?

It helps to set yourself up in a quiet space with a stable internet connection so your clinician can reach you without interruptions. Make sure your phone is off mute, has reception and that any call blockers or filtering apps are disabled.

Your clinician may call up to 30 minutes either side of your scheduled time, depending on how the day is running, so keep your phone nearby and accessible throughout the window of your appointment.
