Can I choose any brand I want?
We understand that having choice matters. Patients do get to choose their preferred brand from our prescribing range, and this is something that can be discussed openly during your consultation.
Our clinicians prescribe from a carefully selected range of 30+ approved products across multiple brands and form factors. This range is intentionally curated based on availability, consistency of supply, quality standards, and clinical suitability, so prescriptions can be filled reliably without unnecessary delays.
While we do not offer access to every brand on the market, we do offer several brands within each category, giving you meaningful choice while ensuring continuity of care. If a specific product is unavailable at the time, your clinician will discuss suitable alternatives and involve you in that decision.
If you have preferences around brand, form factor, or strength, let your clinician know during your appointment so these can be taken into account when discussing options.

Can I use my prescription outside of Australia?
No. All prescriptions provided by our clinic are valid for redemption and use within Australia only. They cannot be redeemed or legally used overseas.
What are the risks if I try to use my prescription overseas?
Attempting to carry, redeem, or use prescribed CBD/THC products outside of Australia can result in serious legal consequences, depending on the country’s drug laws. We do not endorse this.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. Prescriptions are never guaranteed. Your clinician will review your health history and current situation, then decide whether a prescription is clinically appropriate for you. All prescribing decisions are made by the clinician in line with medical guidelines and Australian regulations.
