Yes. Our team provides ongoing support if you need help after your consultation. You’re welcome to contact us with questions about your paperwork, follow-up bookings or general guidance on next steps. We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (AEST).

How to get a discharge letter from my current clinic?

The discharge letter usually includes basic information about your treatment history and is sent either to you or to your new healthcare provider, depending on the clinic’s process.

If you plan to transfer your care, it can be helpful to ask your current clinic for:

  • A copy of your discharge letter
  • Any documents your new clinician may need to review

This helps ensure your new healthcare provider has the information needed to support safe and continuous care.
