Do you offer medical certificates?

No, we don’t provide medical certificates. Healing Leaves Clinic focuses on alternative healthcare consultations and treatments, not general practice services. If you need a medical certificate for work or study, you’ll need to contact your regular GP or a standard medical clinic.

How do I find out if this is right for me?

The simplest way to find out is to book a consult with one of our clinicians. During your appointment, the clinician will review your health history, discuss your current symptoms and talk through your goals. This helps them understand whether alternative healthcare is appropriate for your situation.

Every assessment is personalised. Your clinician will explain your options, outline any next steps and make sure you have the information you need to make an informed decision. There’s no obligation to move forward with any particular treatment, and all decisions are made between you and your clinician in line with current regulations.

How do I get my medication?

If a clinician decides that a prescription is appropriate for you, you will receive an eScript by SMS on your mobile. You can then choose any pharmacy that is legally able to dispense your prescription. Many pharmacies offer in store collection, and some also provide delivery services through their own channels. You can speak with your chosen pharmacy about the options they offer.

How do I know if I’m eligible?

You can start by using our online eligibility checker. It gives you a general idea of whether you may be suitable for an alternative healthcare assessment.

If the checker indicates you might be eligible, you will be prompted to book a consult with one of our clinicians. The final decision is always made during your appointment, where a clinician reviews your health history and determines whether our services are appropriate for you.

How quickly can I see a doctor?

Usually same day or within a week, subject to availability. After your nurse screening, we’ll handle the doctor booking for you.

How to get a discharge letter from my current clinic?

To obtain a discharge letter, you will need to contact your current clinic directly. Most clinics ask for a written request or require you to complete a transfer of care form. The discharge letter usually includes basic information about your treatment history and is sent either to you or to your new healthcare provider, depending on the clinic’s process.

If you plan to transfer your care, it can be helpful to ask your current clinic for:

  • A copy of your discharge letter
  • Any documents your new clinician may need to review

This helps ensure your new healthcare provider has the information needed to support safe and continuous care.
